close ties with many foreign economic research firms, law firms and
independent consultants particularly in Europe, the Far East, Latin
America, Brazil, India and Turkey. ECS' extensive network of
overseas relationships provides its clients with direct access to
highly qualified professionals in major capitals and business
centers throughout the world.
Mr. Sungur Alev Kaymak is a senior consultant to ECS for trade related matters in Turkey. ECS and Mr. Kaymak have jointly represented Turkish companies in various trade remedy cases before the U.S. Government and succeeded in getting zero or very low dumping margins for those companies. In addition, Mr. Kaymak and ECS have jointly represented several foreign producers and exporters in antidumping investigations initiated by the Turkish Government. Before working as a senior consultant, Mr. Kaymak worked for 20 years with the Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade (DTM) where he was in charge of and actively involved in many trade remedy cases including antidumping, countervailing and safeguard measures. |
