he Transfer Pricing Network (TPN)
is the definitive source for news, analysis, information, and links on transfer pricing and related issues in the areas of taxation, accounting, economics, litigation, and controversy. It was developed and is maintained by Economic Consulting Services Inc., and is co-sponsored by Tax Management’s Transfer Pricing Report, and by Miller & Chevalier, Chartered.

TPN contains the texts of U.S. transfer pricing regulations, user guides that make them easier to understand, and court cases that provide insight into Internal Revenue Service application of the regulations. Summaries of articles from the Transfer Pricing Report and links to government sites provide information about other governments’ rules and practices. ECS papers provide economic analyses of transfer pricing issues, and links to Miller & Chevalier papers provide legal analyses.
