ECS performs valuation of tangible assets, intangible assets such as intellectual property, and privately held businesses for tax, corporate litigation purposes. The companies valued include both domestic and foreign entities in diverse lines of business.
The valuation of a business or asset may be required in connection with estate and income tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial damages litigation, or other matters.
Valuation of Intangibles
For transfer pricing purposes, intangible valuations are the basis for determining either ongoing royalty payments or buy-in payments for cost-sharing arrangements.
